As we all know, not all gains are made on the mat.
Getting in the weight room to build strength that you can sustain for a full match is an integral part of becoming a complete wrestler as well. On our trip to Oklahoma, we got NCAA runner-up and Oklahoma assistant coach Nick Heflin to show us his three favorite must-do lifts to build sustainable strength.
