Road To Fargo Title: Brayton Lee
The third time was a charm for Brayton Lee as he capture his first Fargo title.
Brayton Lee boulevard finally got a stop sign.
Before winning the Junior national freestyle title this year, Lee had placed third the previous two times he competed in the tournament in 2015 and 2017. This time around he was dominant as he made his first Fargo final. En route to facing SDSU commit Alex Lloyd, whom Lee defeated in last year’s third-place match, Lee went unscored upon beating all his opponents by a combined score of 61-0.
His flawless run came to close when Lloyd put him in a 3-0 hole. Ultimately Lee made his way back to get the 3-3 win on criteria.

Round 1: 10-0 tf. Brandon Kidd (MN), 0:14.
Round 2: 11-0 tf. Michael Lucas ( AL), 1:48.
Round 3: 10-0 tf. Kevin Anderson (WY), 0:44.
Round 4: 10-0 tf. Andrew Garr (OH), 1:20.
Quarters: Lee techs Josh Otto in the quarters.
Semis: First finals ticket punched with a flawless performance over Kendall Coleman.
Finals: Lee reaches the top of the Fargo podium.
