Willie Miklus is moving on from Missouri for his sixth and final year of eligibility.
After finishing eighth at the NCAA tournament, the now three-time All-American has announced he is transferring to Iowa State. An Altoona, Iowa, native, Miklus was granted a sixth year of eligibility by the NCAA after missing the majority of the 2013-14 and 2016-17 seasons due to injury.
As a redshirt junior, he suffered a season-ending injury during a match against Virginia Tech's Zack Zavatsky on November 20, 2016. Upon getting back on the mat, Miklus made the move up to 197lb for the 2017-18 season and ultimately collected another AA finish with a 25-6 record.
