USA Wrestling and FloWrestling have announced the order of the bouts for Final X in State College, which is set for Rec Hall on the campus of Penn State University on Saturday, June 16, starting at 6 p.m. ET. Watch Final X - State College LIVE HERE

The event will determine the 2018 U.S. Senior World Teams in men’s and women’s freestyle wrestling, featuring the nation’s top two athletes in the six weight classes on the card. It will be a best-of-three series in each weight class, with the winner earning a spot on Team USA at the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary, October 20-28.

Tickets remain available. Fans should go to the tickets tab on the official Final X website at: www.FinalX.tv

The final match on the card will feature David Taylor of the Nittany Lion WC, a two-time NCAA champion and two-time Hodge Trophy winner for Penn State against young NC State stud Nick Reenan at 86 kg in men’s freestyle. Taylor, a three-time U.S. Open champion and two-time World Cup champion, still trains and lives in the State College area. Reenan, on a redshirt year with the Wolfpack, won the World Team Trials Challenge Tournament to earn his spot in Final X.

Fans won’t want to arrive late, as the first bout on the card will be a dandy, a battle between workout partners at 65 kg in men’s freestyle. Joey McKenna of the Titan Mercury WC, who is now a two-time NCAA All-American, was the first in Final X at this weight by winning the 2018 U.S. Open. 2016 World champion Logan Stieber of the Titan Mercury WC, a four-time NCAA champion for Ohio State who trains at their Ohio Regional Training Center, earned his berth by winning the World Team Trials Challenge Tournament. Both had great age-group careers, with Stieber winning a Junior World silver medal and McKenna claiming World medals on the Junior and U23 age levels.

The second bout features two young women stars at 62 kg, two-time U.S. Open champion Kayla Miracle of the Sunkist Kids and 2017 U.S. World Team member Mallory Velte of the Titan Mercury WC. Miracle was a four-time WCWA national champion for Campbellsville, while Velte won three WCWA national titles for Simon Fraser. Miracle boasts age-group World medals on the Junior and Cadet levels.

Another intriguing women’s freestyle match is third on the card, as 2015 World Team member Erin Clodgo of the Sunkist Kids battles college star Rachel Watters of the New York AC at 72 kg. Clodgo, a four-time U.S. Open champion, has a huge resume of success. Watters, a WCWA All-American at Oklahoma City, has made five U.S. age-group World Teams.

The fourth match features another four-time NCAA champion, as former Cornell star Kyle Dake of the Titan Mercury WC will square off with Arizona State’s 2018 NCAA champion Zahid Valencia of the Sunkist Kids at 79 kg in men’s freestyle. Dake, a two-time U.S. Open champion, has been No. 2 on the Freestyle National Team four times. Valencia was a Junior World silver medalist in 2017.

One of the greatest women’s wrestlers in U.S. history will be featured in bout five, as three-time World champion and five-time World medalist Adeline Gray of the New York AC has drawn a rising young star, Korinahe Bullock of the McKendree Bearcat WC at 76 kg. Gray, a 2016 Olympian, has also won World gold medals on the Junior and University levels. Bullock, a WCWA All-American at McKendree, earned a spot on the 2018 U.S. U23 World Team.

As a best-of-three series, this order of bouts will be the same for the first round and the second round of competition. If any weight classes are forced to a deciding third match in their series, the bouts in round three will stay in order, with a minimum waiting time of 30 minutes from the end of bout two.

FloWrestling will provide exclusive live and on-demand coverage of the three-event Final X series. Watch the events across all screens by downloading the FloSports app on iOS, Roku, or Apple TV 4, as well as on desktop or mobile web via FloWrestling.com

The other two Final X competitions are Final X in Lincoln on June 9, and Final X at Lehigh on June 23. Tickets for all three Final X events can be purchased at www.FinalX.tv

Saturday, June 16 at Rec Hall, starting at 6:00 p.m. ET
