On day one in Akron, we got plenty of high flying throws. The Cadet came out firing and putting big points on the board. Mixed in with the action were some upsets where we saw Greco Fargo champs take an early L.

Braxton Amos Drops 2nd Round Match

For the first time in a very long while, #2 Braxton Amos won’t be in the finals of a tournament. Yes, let that sink in. Amos took a wild loss in the quarterfinals to eventual finalist Peter Christensen.

Hunter Lewis Takes Out Ragusin

After losing the first match in the best-of-three finals, Lewis pinned Ragusin in match 2 to force a third and final match where he got the win and the world team spot.

Carson Manville Teched In Quarters

Manville was flying high with some nice wins heading into the semifinals then Dominic Damon put an end to that pretty quickly.
