Jason Renteria is looking for a new home after one season at Nebraska.
Renteria, who finished fifth at the Big Ten Championships at 133 pounds as a true freshman, was granted a release Monday by the Cornhuskers and may be contacted by any school outside the Big Ten.
Renteria started the year as a redshirt before making his NCAA debut against Maryland on Jan. 7 and recording a fall in the first period. He'd go on to qualify for the NCAA tournament after his fifth-place finish at Big Tens. However, Renteria failed to make weight and wasn't able to compete at the tournament.
