The next four days just may be the most tremendous stretch of American freestyle wrestling in the history of the universe. To help you better plan your next couple four days, we've created this handy schedule!

Is that whiteboard clear enough for you? Probably not. So here's what's going down, in chronological order.

Thursday, May 17

Cash in a vacation day, call in sick, or just quit your job (don't quit your job!).

2 PM EST — Beat the Streets is scheduled to begin with exhibition matches.

4 PM EST — Beat the Streets is scheduled to continue with New York City girls freestyle duals.

5:50 PM EST — The Best the Streets pregame studio show with Mike Mal and Joe Williamson is scheduled to go live.

6 PM EST  Beat the Streets' crazy good main card is scheduled to start, with America's best women taking on Nigeria, America's best men's freestylers taking on Cuba, and three super matches to cap off the event: Glory vs. Teasdale; Oliver vs. Asgarov; and the big one, Burroughs vs. Chamizo.

So if you clock out at 5 PM you should be good, BUT Beat the Streets is an outdoor event, a literal Rumble on the River on the roof a building at Pier 17. And Mother Nature may decide, after so many years of cooperation, to rain on our parade. Thus, the start time may change. It could be earlier; it could be later. But either way, better to be safe than sorry and just play hooky for the day.

Thursday, May 17 | New York City

Friday, May 18

Make sure your iPad is charged and hidden in a drawer or under your desk or something. Then pull up FloWrestling after your Friday morning conference call or what have you.

11 AM EST  The World Team Trials get underway in Rochester, MN. HOORAY! We start with the prelims, quarters, and consolation bouts for junior men's freestyle and senior women's freestyle.

3 PM EST  The first session should be over for JR MFS and SR WFS, so if you haven't had a chance to eat yet, please go eat. You don't want your stomach growling all afternoon!

5 PM EST — If you have a long commute, and you didn't get a coworker to cover you so you could duck out early, you're probably not going to want to risk it. Skip the happy hour and chill in the office because the semis, finals, and placement matches for junior men's and senior women's are gonna get started. They should end by 8 or 9 PM so maybe even order a pizza. They will deliver to your place of work, so why not?

Saturday, May 19

I hope you got your chores done earlier because it's going to be tough to fit in a trip to Home Depot and Bed Bath & Beyond. I don't know if you'll have time. So skip that, push it to next week, and dig in for a long day of wrestling.

11 AM EST — Senior men's freestyle gets going with their prelims, quarters, and consolation bouts. NOICE.

Order another pizza. Or Chinese food. Or like anything you want, there are apps out there that will pick up pretty much anything for you, just FYI.

2 PM EST  JR men and SR women compete in their best two out of three championship matches for a spot in Final X. These are big ones. The returning medalists or U.S. Open winners already have their spots. Their opponents will be decided Saturday afternoon.

5 PM EST — As soon as the best-of-three matches are complete, the senior men are scheduled to have their semifinal, finals, and placement matches. Also, make sure you have an adult beverage handy if you're of legal age and you want to unwind a bit. Just be responsible because your weekend's not over yet. There's more wrestling tomorrow.

Sunday, May 20

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Perhaps at IHOP or Waffle House, depending on your geographical location and if you don't mind the lines. Or just tear open a package of Pop-Tarts. That works too.

1 PM EST  This is it, the final senior matches of the day! The best two out of three for a spot in Final X!

But wait, can you handle even more wrestling? Because if so, the Journeymen/Cliff Keen World Classic and Duals in Lake Placid, NY, are going to be happening all day, with the USA vs. the World All-Star match scheduled for around 2:30 PM.

Yes, it's a glorious time to be a wrestling fan!
