The Top 10 Teams With The Most Points Returning For 2019

In most sports, it is typical that the teams with the most returning starters start off the next season as favorites. In wrestling, the equivalent is returning points from the NCAA tournament. 

Over the course of the summer and fall, we will be doing lineup looks and factoring in other things, but today we are purely looking at guys with eligibility remaining from the 2018 tournament.
