MyHOUSE Melee: Wyoming Sem Coach's Home Winning Streak On The Line

Screen Shot 2018-01-25 at 10.10.58 AM.png

Scott Green isn’t the type to shy away from competition.

That's pretty evident as the veteran coach and his fourth-ranked Wyoming Seminary (PA) team prepare to host #1 Bergen Catholic (NJ), #2 Blair (NJ), #3 Montini (IL), #8 St. Edward (Ohio), and Easton (PA) at the MyHOUSE Melee in Kingston, PA, this weekend.

While Bergen has its #1 ranking at stake, Green is also putting his unblemished home dual meet record on the line during the two-day showcase, which gets started Friday at 5:30 PM ET.

Since taking the reins in 2010, Green has coached the Blue Knights to a 151-6 dual meet record, but more impressively is how none of those losses came in the team’s home gym. At home, he is 47-0 and has the potential to notch home win #50 if Wyoming Seminary can take out Easton, St. Ed’s, and Bergen at the MyHOUSE Melee.

During this flawless home winning streak, Green has led his teams to wins against two #1-ranked squads, with the most recent win coming in 2016 when the Blue Knights defeated Blair.

Tune in this weekend to see if Wyoming Seminary can keep its home dual meet winning streak intact.
