FRL 338: Bedlam, We Need Guys To Stop Sitting Out & Recapping Ironman

20 Big Risers From Ironman

285lbs Final: Cohlton Schultz, Ponderosa vs Jonathan Birchmeier, Broad Run

The Ironman is great every year, but this, the 25th edition of the premier event, felt like a particularly deep year even by event standards.

Which College "Won" Ironman?

132lbs Third place: Jordan Decatur, CVCA vs Dylan D'Emilio, Genoa

One of my favorite things to do after big tournaments like the Walsh Ironman is to look at results through the lens of college recruiting. While a number of Ironman placers have yet to make their college decision, many have committed already and a good deal have signed their National Letters of Intent.

Watch The Alans International Tournament In Russia

Check out a team of American stars take on some of the best Russians at the Alans tournament. This is a qualifier for the Ivan Yarygin in January.

Nathan Tomasello Makes His Return To The Mat At Midlands

Our friends at the Ohio RTC shared some excellent news today: Nathan Tomasello is back! He'll be competing at the end of this month at Midlands.

Lehigh At Iowa Confidence Picks

125, Quarterfinal, Spencer Lee (Iowa - UNAT) vs Sean Russell (Edinboro)

Two storied programs meet for a December dual in Iowa City. The Mountain Hawks of Lehigh head west to take on the Hawkeyes of Iowa. It's Hawk on Hawk violence in the premier dual meet of the weekend.

Most Interesting Potential Matchups Of The 2018 UNI Open

165 lbs Nelson Brands vs Dan Braunagel

While open tournaments can happen all season long, the majority of them occur in the early weeks of November. However, there is one in December that almost always brings some of the best talent from nearby colleges: the UNI Open.

2X Fargo Champ Wil Guida Verbals To North Carolina

106 lbs Final - Wil Guida, New Jersey vs Anthony King, Illinois

Two-time Fargo national champion Will Guida has verbaled the North Carolina. The Tar Heels pick up the #12 ranked high school 113-pounder in the county and the #88 recruit on the Class of 2020 Big Board.

#17 Lehigh at #3 Iowa Live On Flo This Saturday Night

285 lbs Rr Rnd 1 - Jordan Wood, Lehigh vs Tate Orndorff, Utah Valley

This Saturday night, Lehigh travels to Iowa City to take on the third ranked Hawkeyes. Iowa has never lost to the Mountain Hawks, and given the health of the two teams, this weekend may not be their best chance at picking up that first win.
