Tom Brands: Stalling Won't Be Called Like That At The National Tournament
IA Wrestle posted a video of Tom Brands as he talks to media after the Hawkeyes’ 35-6 win over the Rider Broncs.

Iowa coach Tom Brands analyzed how stalling penalties are assessed in regular-season dual meets compared to the postseason after the Hawkeyes forced a number of calls in their 35-6 win over Rider this past Friday in Iowa City.
“I think stalling will be called differently in the national tournament,” Brands said in a video posted by IA Wrestle of his post-dual press conference.
"But I think referees are a little bit more aggressive with stalling with these dual meets. I think that's good. Fans come to watch exciting wrestling. That's why you've got to control the center of the mat. You've got to be aggressive."
