Walsh Jesuit Ironman 2017 Team List
Walsh Jesuit Ironman 2017 Team List
Seven Number 1s and 49 guys ranked in the Top-10 should make for another very fun Ironman this year

The team list for the nation's toughest in-season tournament has been finalized. Below is the list of all 88 teams for the 2017 Walsh Ironman, along with the number of wrestlers each team will be sending.
Aside from a tremendous field of teams, on an individual level, six of the Top-14 pound for pound guys will be wrestling. Half of the No. 1s will be competing at Walsh Jesuit High School this December, and 49 guys currently ranked in the Top-10 of their weights.
The top ranked guys include Kurt McHenry (106), Malik Heinselman (113), Jordan Decatur (126), Anthony Artalona (145), Will Lewan (152), David Carr (160) and Michael Beard (195). Some of those guys could run the gauntlet of Who's Number One, Super 32 and Ironman.
It is very likely the team champ could determine the No. 1 ranking, with four schools right now who seem to be in contention for the title. As of now, Blair has eight ranked guys, St. Paris Graham features six, Montini Catholic brings five ranked guys and Wyoming Seminary has four.
