WNO Announcement: East vs West At 132

Amber Searls | Derik Hamilt (USA TODAY Sports) rby silva2.jpg

It's East meets West at 132 pounds as top-ranked Roman Bravo-Young of Arizona takes on No. 2 (at 138) Joey Silva of Florida at Who's #1 on October 8 at Lehman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall in Bethlehem, PA.

Bravo-Young, a 2016 cadet world team member, is making his third straight WNO appearance in The Snakepit at Lehigh University. Last year, he came out on top in a match with fellow four-time Fargo champion Nick Raimo. In 2015, Bravo-Young came up short against fellow Penn State commit Gavin Teasdale. This will be the first year he comes in as the No. 1-ranked wrestler.

Silva enters this matchup with a pair of Super 32 titles on his resume along with a runner-up finish at Ironman from a season ago, where he locked horns with Iowa recruit and three-time world champion Spencer Lee. Along with having multiple Florida state titles, Silva was also an NHSCA junior national champion last year.

These guys have everything in their arsenals, and it's going to make for an entertaining bout.
