NAWE Nationals Coming To FloWrestling June 24-25

John Sachs Youth Wrestling

The nation's best elementary and middle school teams are squaring off in the fastest growing dual tournament in Pennsylvania. The folkstyle duals are set to take place June 24-25 in Manheim, Pennsylvania live on FloWrestling at the Spooky Nook Sports complex.

This is not your typical wrestling tournament venue. Not only will the event have 20 mats, Spooky Nook Sports provides an amazing and unique venue where wrestlers and their families will find plenty to do during their time not spent on the mat. The venue features a gigantic rock climbing wall, basketball courts, warrior style obstacle course, an arcade and much more all under one roof.

The evolution of the tournament will include a National (All-star) Team division and a Local/Club Team division for both elementary and middle school ages to allow teams to get the level of competition they need to continue to grow in the sport of wrestling.

Tournament director Will Smith talks about wrestling, the event and the event's future goals:

North American Wrestling Events, NAWE, was created to provide high quality wrestling events for elementary, middle, and high school wrestlers, parents, and coaches. Our goal is to bring top ranked wrestlers, wrestling clubs, and recreational teams together in national tournament settings where they can be tried, tested, and challenged. Iron sharpens iron. We believe that wrestling reveals the best in athletes and teaches lessons that prove invaluable through their wrestling years and beyond.
