FloWrestling is excited to announce the return of Who's #1 Duals.

For the second straight year, eight of the nation's top high school teams will do battle to determine who really is No. 1.

This year's Who's #1 Duals takes place Sunday, Jan. 22, on the campus of Easton Middle School in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Defending national champion and current No. 1 Blair Academy will be back to defend its title against No. 4 Lake Highland Prep (FL), No. 7 Bethlehem Catholic (PA), No. 8 Bergen Catholic (NJ), No. 9 Malvern Prep (PA), Mount St. Joseph (MD), McDonough School (MD), and St. Augustine Prep (NJ). 

The eight teams will be placed into two pools and will wrestle each team in their pool before taking on the same placing team in the opposite pool.

Pool A: Blair Academy, McDonough School, Bergen Catholic, Malvern Prep
Pool B: Lake Highland Prep, Bethlehem Catholic, Mount St. Joseph, St. Augustine
