Cole Skinner, who is ranked No. 28 on the Jr. High Big Board is one wrestler who is scheduled to compete this weekend. "I'm really looking forward to the great competition," said Cole Skinner from Ohio who will compete in the 89-pound weight class. "It'll be a great atmosphere and I'm excited to compete against some of the best competition in the country."

The field in this year's event is deep as 18 junior high wrestlers who are featured on the Flo Jr. High Big Board will be competing in this weekend.

The toughest bracket looks like it will be the 101-pound 15 and Under bracket as it will feature six wrestlers who are ranked by Flo Wrestling. Leading the way will be Iowa's Cullan Schriever who won a Cadet Freestyle National Championship and the USAW Preseason National Championship two weeks ago. Schriever will be joined by Wyatt Yapoujian of Colorado who he defeated in the Tulsa National Finals last January, No. 3 ranked Isaac Salas and No. 12 Zeke Escalera.

Other ranked wrestlers who will be competing in the 101-pound weight class are No. 27 Vinny Zerban, No. 36 Micah Norwood, and No. 50 Justin Mastroianni.

"There are a number of top ranked kids in my bracket," said Vinny Zerban. "They will be hard to beat, but I think I'll have a good understanding on where I'm at at the end of the event and it'll let me know how much harder I'll have to train to get where I want to be."

Super 32 Champions, Brandon O'Brien (75-pounds), Carter Fousek (76-pounds, 12U), Travis Mastrogiovanni (115-pounds), Padraic Gallagher (125-pounds), Jake Evans (157-pounds), and
Brandon Hoselton (175-pounds) are also all set to compete in this weekend's event.

Other who are set to compete this weekend include; Kai Owen (76-pounds, 12U), Jordan Williams (84-pounds, 12U), Richard Fedalen (75-pounds), Braxton Brown (95-pounds), Niko Katsuyoshi (125-pounds), Victor Voinovich (125-pounds), and Tyson Moore (135-pounds).

"The Kickoff Classic is one of the best tournaments in the county and I want to see how good I am," said 125-pound Victor Voinovich. "I know the competition will be tough but it'll help me improve and show me what I need to work on. "I plan on just going out there, have some fun competing and trying to score as many points as I can."
