Tyler Morland has made the decision to verbally commit to wrestle for Northwestern University. The Michigan state champ is currently ranked 15th at 170 pounds and is 93rd overall on the senior big board.

He competes for Detroit Central Catholic, a traditionally strong program. It is the Wildcats' first Top-100 pickup from the class of 2017, as they have been focusing on the current crop of juniors.

Morland was a Fargo junior freestyle All American this past July, and won a Medina title last December.
