Mark Hall and Spencer Lee have set the bar high on the first day of the Junior Men's Freestyle World Championships. Both of them wrote two different stories on their way to to the finals and left legendary imprints on the mat to claim gold.

Lee used a devastating leg lace and gut wrench to shut out each one of his opponents on the way to the final where he had to dig down deep to get a gutsy win over Parpiev of Kyrgyzstan.

Mark Hall Gets It Done In 31-Seconds

Hall started out a bit slow then picked up the pace in his next two matches before showing his mental toughness to come from behind to get the win in a very chippy semifinal. Then in the finals it was all about Hall as he converted his takedown into a leg lace to get the 10-0 technical fall victory in just 31-seconds.
