Picking up elite Oklahoma talent will be a key factor in Mark Cody's program's success in the coming years. The recent commitment of the 32nd-ranked recruit for the class of 2017, Tanner Litterell, will go a long way in that regard.
Litterell, a senior from Tuttle, Oklahoma, will become a Sooner.
The 13th-ranked 138-pounder in the country will be a great fit under Mark Cody, who has excelled in accentuating the mat savvy of his athletes. Litterell is tough on the mat and uses his length defensively. He announced his intentions to head to Norman, Oklahoma, via Twitter.
