Every year, kids come out of nowhere make a name for themselves in Fargo. But most of them come to North Dakota with name recognition and a list of accolades. So we decided to compile a list of all the kids who are ranked entering this week and the style(s) in which they are competing. It's possible a ranked guy or two slipped through the cracks but as of right now we've counted 126 ranked wrestlers in the field this week!

Iowa State released their wrestling schedule for the 2019-20 season. Going into his third year as head coach of the Cyclones, Kevin Dresser has crafted a slate of competitions packed with power programs. Highlights include the annual intrastate rivalry with the Hawkeyes in Ames on November 24 as well as a home dual with Oklahoma State January 26.

Alex Dieringer has had a busy 2019, wrestling in three of the four UWW Rankings Series events. That travel and hard work paid off, as Dieringer currently sits fourth in the 79kg standings. With Kyle Dake at #1 and an injured Akhmed Gadzhimagomedov at #3, Dieringer would end up with the #2 seed should he beat Kyle Dake in this weekend's wrestle-offs.
