FloWrestler of the Week: Seth Gross
nullIt took all three matches of the best of three series to get the job done, but Seth Gross completed the task of claiming the 60kg spot on the Junior World Team.

Gross fought his way through the challenge tournament to earn his rematch with Mitch McKee in the finals. And this time he made sure to make the most of the opportunity. When the two met in the finals at the US Open Championships, McKee came out on top with a pin in the first period.

But this time Gross was ready.

In the first match the Jackrabbit came out on top 8-5. But McKee came back in match two to even the score with a 10-6 win to set up the deciding match. And it did not disappoint. McKee and Gross left it all on the mat and lit of the scoreboard with 28 total points – 16 of them scored by Gross to get the 16-12 win and taking the spot from McKee.

Seth Gross’ ability to fight through the challenge tournament and defeat Mitch McKee two matches to one makes him our FloWrestler of the Week.
