Brooks Climmons To Transfer To ODU
Former Oklahoma wrestler Brooks Climmons announced that on Twitter today that he would be transferring to Old Dominion.
Coming out of high school Climmons was a two-time Georgia state champion, a two-time Fargo finalists and champion in 2010. After completing high school Climmons spent a year at the Olympic Training Center.
Climmons saw some time on the mat last year for the Sooners at 184lbs, and will be eligible to compete right away for the Monarchs. Climmons also said that he is strongly considering dropping to 174.

"To be honest what sold me on ODU is the fire and passion their coaching staff and wrestlers bring to the table daily," Climmons said. "ODU is a team that's just knocking on the door of greatness and I really want to be a part of the special movement that's happening there," Climmons continued.
