Learning that Jordan Burroughs has a powerful lower body may not be a new revelation to many people.  

However, seeing the 3 time World/Olympic Champion box jump 55 inches puts his hops into real perspective.  JB posted this to Instagram in his new training shoe (JB Elite TR).

Burroughs recently secured his 5th straight spot on the United States World Team at 74KG after knocking off Kyle Dake in consecutive matches. Jordan will compete for Gold in September at the World Championships in Las Vegas.
