Will Penn State vs Iowa Break Attendance Record?
The stage is set for a potential record breaking attendance at the Bryce Jordan Center on the campus of Penn State University. The 4x defending NCAA champions will play host to rival Iowa on Sunday February, 8 at 2:00pm for their Big 10 Conference dual meet.

The Nittany Lions traditionally wrestle their dual meets at Rec Hall which seats about 6,500 Penn State faithful. The only exception to this was last year when they wrestled the University of Pittsburgh at the Bryce Jordan Center in front of 15,996 rabid fans which set the national dual meet attendance record. Penn State downed Pitt 28-9

The previous record was held by Iowa when they faced Iowa State at Carver Hawkeye Arena in front of 15,955 fans on December 6, 2008. That dual meet was #1 vs #2 and Iowa came away with the 20-15 win.

With both teams bringing a lot of power in their line ups this is shaping up to be a dual meet between two teams condending for national titles. Will Iowa vs Penn State break another attendance record?
