Crazy Fargo Bracket - 2005 JR 119
This could be my favorite one yet.  Next week, there will be plenty of crazy Fargo brackets to behold?  What World Finalists will be in the mix this year?

Watch Fargo ALL next week right here.

Top Half:
Franklin Gomez ran through Montell Marion, Evon Russell, Bryan Lashomb and Rollie Peterkin to make the finals.
Ben Ashmore wound up 2nd in the top half beating Levi Mele, Bryan Lashomb, Jimmy Conroy, Rollie Peterkin (12-2 tech), Montell Marion (by Fall) among others.
Rollie Peterkin came in third for the top half knocking off Justin Paulsen and Montell Marion but falling to Ashmore and Gomez.
Montell Marion rounded out the top 4 falling to Gomez, Ashmore and Peterkin and notching a few wins including one over Jimmy Conroy.

Bottom Half:
Ross Gitomer was the best of the bottom half here as he ripped off 7 wins including an 8-7 win over Brad Pataky as well as 5-4 win over Jimmy Kennedy before falling to Gomez in the finals.
Brad Pataky wound up 6-1 en route to a 2nd place finish for this half.  He dominated Jimmy Kennedy 10-0 and pinned Mike Thorn!
Mike Thorn was the 3rd best guy of this half tallying a 7-1 record falling only to Brad Pataky while beating Troy Dolan, Kyle Ruschell and Filip Novachkov.
Jimmy Kennedy wound up 4th here beating Filip Novachkov en route to a 5-2 record on the bottom half.

The Placers:
1. Franklin Gomez-MSU NCAA Champion, 4x All American, World Silver Medalist
2. Ross Gitomer-UVA ACC Champ, NCAA Qualifier
3. Ben Ashmore-ASU NCAA Qualifier (Beat Falck and Robles in College)
4. Brad Pataky-PSU NCAA Qualifier
5. Mike Thorn-Minnesota 3x All American
6. Rollie Peterkin-U Penn NCAA Qualifier
7. Jimmy Kennedy-Illinois 3x All American, US Open Champion,  2014 World Team Member
8. Montell Marion-Iowa 3x All American, 2 time Finalist.

Kinda funny right? 3 of the back 4 placers wound up being complete and total hammers collegiately. Gitomer, Ashmore and Pataky were always solid guys, but never measured up to Thorn, Kennedy and Marion collegiately.

Amazing Also-Rans: So many studs entered, quite a few DNP’d.
Kyle Ruschell-2 Time All American for Wisconsin
PJ Gillespie-All American for Hofstra went 2-2.
Trent Sprenkle-All American for North Dakota State
Jay Ivanco-NCAA Qualifier for Clarion
Levi Mele-NCAA Qualifier for Northwestern
Troy Dolan-3 Time PA State Champ. Beat Zach Sanders in Dapper Dan
Filip Novachkov-NCAA Qualifier for Cal Poly
John Trumbetti-7 Time Fargo AA
