Super 32: 5th Best Match of 2012
Super 32 is right around the corner, and in an attempt to do the toughest preseason tournament in the country justice, Flowrestling will be counting down the top 5 matches from last year's event.

#5 - Spencer Lee (PA) v Nick Suriano (NJ)
After going on in improbable run where he beat nationally ranked wrestlers, Jose Rodriguez (OH) and Luke Pletcher (PA), Nick Suriano found himself in the finals against (then) Junior High phenom, Spencer Lee.  The young Lee showed that his getting to the Super 32 finals was no fluke as he stormed out to an early 2-0 lead in the first.  Not one to be outdone, the always scrappy Suriano earned an escape at the end of the first period and caught some luck in the second with a contoversial clasping call that would pit the match at 2-2. More wild calls (or "no-calls") and a wildly entertaining last second takedown at the end of the match took this 106lb. final to legendary status as one wrestler left the mat elated while the other left with a bitter taste in his mouth.
