This week I am featuring three of my Highlight DVDs: Ken's Original Highlights (DVD 5), Ken's Instructional Highlights (DVD 25), and Ken's Olympic Highlights & more (DVD 26). These three DVDs feature footage of me wrestling for Penn State, in the Olympic Trials, and more! I designed them so that you can enjoy yourself while studying and learning the most important positions and most effective scoring maneuvers in wrestling. I also describe the techniques I used and the emotions I felt during some of my biggest matches en route to making the Olympic team.

My Highlight DVDs are usually $30 each, but now through Oct. 18, if you buy all three, the cost is just $45. The discount will be applied after checkout.
