Spencer Lee Will Wrestle For...

The #1 incoming Freshman in the country will be forced to change school districts for his opening campaign.
Spencer Lee, currently an 8th Grader from Saegerstown, Pa, will attend Franklin Regional in Murrysville next school year.
Lee reached the finals of three of the most prestigious high school tournaments within the last nine months. He was a runner-up at both the Super 32 and FloNationals at 106lbs. Last weekend he dominated his way to a FILA Cadet FS title at 110lbs, earning a spot on the Cadet World Team which will compete in Serbia in August.
For Lee, the move is bittersweet. Saegerstown's system had positioned themselves to be a strong contender for a team state title next year.
Lee commented, "We (Saegerstown) have a real good group and I know we could win a state title. Leaving the guys I've trained with will be tough. Especially Devin (Brown)."
Spencer's father, Larry Lee, has accepted a position at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. Spencer's training partner, Devin Brown, was a State Champion this year and won FILA Cadets at 101lbs.
