Throughout the season, Brute will bring you its National Wrestler of The Week. Wrestlers can be from any age level and will be selected based on their performances from the previous week.

With so many of FloNationals' brackets pitting ranked opponents throughout their brackets, it was difficult to nattow down the candidates. But we think we got our guy.

This weeks honors go to Christian Pagdilao, the 145lb champ.

From Santiago, CA, Pagdilao beat Super 32 Champ, Grant Leeth, and 2x National Prep Champ, Jack Clark, to win his National Title.

Pagdilao will attend Michigan State next year.

Other Candidates:

Luke Pletcher, Greater Latrobe, PA - won a FloNats title at 106, one of the deepest brackets, beating NYS Champ Yianni Diakomahalis and S32 Runner-Up, Spencer Lee.

Flonationals Upperweights - These guys put on a show. It's not often the upperweights are the stars of the finals, but that was the case here. Unbeleivable skills were on full display.

Nate Limmex, Grand Rapids, MI - won FloNationals in the most impressive of fashions. He was dominant along the way despite, beating 3x Florida State Champion, Jamal Morris, and 2x PA State Runner-Up, Zeke Moisey.

Davonte Mahomes, Oak Park, IL - won a really solid bracket at Folkstyle Nationals, defeating highly ranked Ryan Blees (ND) in the finals.

Sarah Hildebrandt, Indiana/King's College - won Gold at the Pan Am Games at 121lbs.
