Installation
Installation is very simple. The wall piece is six inches by two feet long. There are six targo bolts that are used to fasten the wall support securly to the wall. The "Snap and Shoot" training device can be removed from the wall support in less than one minute. It also comes with a safety cover for the wall mount that can be used when the "Snap and Shoot" is being used or has been taken down.

Head Resistance.
The 110 pound head will accommodate wrestlers who weigh 100 - 140 pounds. Smaller wrestlers will have to tug a little harder to move the head but any wrestler in that weight range will be able to get quality strength training, conditioning and skill workouts with the 110 pound head. Ideally you would want the 110 and 150 units. However, either one would be effective for high school or college wrestlers. We strongly recommend the 110-lb. unit for junior high school wrestlers.

The 150 pound head is very well suited for upper weights and college wrestlers. Wrestlers who are interested in getting quality strength training, conditioning, as well as a skilled workout, will really like the 150 pounds of resistance.

Leg Resistance
The legs can be ordered with 110 pounds of resistance or 150 pounds of resistance. We recommend the 110 pound of resistance for junior high and most wrestlers who are under 180 pounds. However, upper weight wrestlers can still work with 110 pounds of resistance.

The 150 pounds of resistance will come standard on all units unless requested otherwise. You can place a special order for the 110 pound legs on our enclosed order form.

The different levels of resistance can be ordered on the "Snap and Shoot" without arms or on the "Snap and Shoot Plus" with arms.
