IMO, Eric Guerrero and Izzy Martinez are a couple of the best hands-on wrestling technicians in our sport today.  Both commonly wrestle with those they train, and both possess unique technique that is ahead-of-the-game.  One thing both coaches have in common is that they thoroughly understand how to get an opponent to react to motion from neutral.  They each use controlled motion and a variety of fakes to force a reaction that sets up a subsequent attack.  They teach their wrestlers to do the same.
