Shawn Bunch Qualifies 60kg for Olympics
Shawn Bunch announced via Twitter that he got his weight qualified for the Olympics.

As we already know, Shawn Bunch sat out of the Olympic Trials to travel to China and try to qualify the 60kg weight class for the Olympics for the United States. The top three wrestlers in each weight class qualify the weight class for their country and Shawn Bunch ended up taking third place. We are all grateful and thankful for Shawn going over there and getting this done for our country.

Who will wrestle in the Olympics?
The way I understand things will go from here is that we will have a 3 man mini tournamnet to see who will represent the USA in London at the 2012 Olympic Games this summer. The wrestlers will be Shawn Bunch, Reece Humphrey and Coleman Scott. Reece Humphrey was scheduled to wrestle in China with Shawn Bunch but an injury kept him from going. Once he is heeled up he will wrestle against Coleman Scott in one match, with the winner to face Shawn Bunch in a best 2-out-of-3 match series just like at the Olympic Trials to represent the United States in London this summer.

Big thanks to Shawn Bunch for getting it done this weekend and best of luck to all three wrestlers.
