Subject: MEDIA ADVISORY - OSU Wrestling Bedlam/National Duals Preview
Oklahoma State coach John Smith and selected wrestlers will visit with members of the media at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Gallagher-Iba Arena media work room to preview a big week of action that includes the Bedlam wrestling dual in Norman on Thursday and a shot at a national championship at the NWCA Final Four in Stillwater on Sunday.
Owners of a 14-0 record this season, the Cowboys are ranked No. 1 in the nation. They handed Bedlam rival Oklahoma a 25-13 beating earlier this season and look to complete the season sweep on the Sooners’ home turf Thursday night.
On Sunday, OSU hosts No. 4 Minnesota, No. 5 Iowa and No. 7 Illinois in the NWCA National Duals Final Four. As the top seed, the Cowboys face the Illini, with the Hawkeyes and Gophers tangling in the other national semifinal.
