Oklahoma State enters the 2026-27 season after a runner-up finish at the NCAA Championships and returns all eight of its All-Americans from a year ago. The Cowboys also welcome the nation's No. 1-ranked recruiting class as David Taylor begins his third season in Stillwater.

Oklahoma State's schedule features several opportunities to compete inside Gallagher-Iba Arena, including the debut of the OSU Invitational on Nov. 1 and home duals against Nebraska, Missouri and West Virginia. The Cowboys will also return to the National Duals in Tulsa before closing the regular season with a road showdown against Iowa.

The Cowboys are led by the historic trio of sophomore national champions: Jax Forrest, Sergio Vega and Landon Robideau. They are joined by Cody Merrill, a national runner-up last year, and Troy Spratley, a two-time All-American who finished fifth last season.

Key Matchups On Oklahoma State's Schedule

Nebraska's visit to Stillwater on Nov. 13 is one of the marquee duals of the early season. The Cornhuskers return to Gallagher-Iba Arena for the first time since 2010, and Oklahoma State defeated Nebraska twice during the 2025-26 season.

The Cowboys will also face Arizona State and Stanford on a challenging West Coast road trip in November. Oklahoma State defeated Arizona State, 25-11, last season and has never lost a dual to Stanford.

Bedlam returns to Norman on Jan. 24. Oklahoma State owns a 153-27-10 all-time record against Oklahoma and has won 21 consecutive meetings entering the season.

The final month of the regular season includes road duals against Northern Iowa, Iowa State and Iowa. The Feb. 21 matchup in Iowa City renews one of college wrestling's most storied rivalries, with the Cowboys seeking their first win at Carver-Hawkeye Arena since 2012. Oklahoma State holds a 30-28-2 advantage in the all-time series.

The 2027 NCAA Wrestling Championships are scheduled for March 18-20 at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
