The 2026 US Open Wrestling Championships return to Las Vegas for a week of competition across multiple age groups, styles, and national events.

The U.S. Open Wrestling Championships are the premier senior-level domestic wrestling event in the country, but the tournament has grown into much more than that. It now serves as a week-long showcase that brings together multiple age groups, styles and national events, along with clinics, trials and other activities in one place.

In 2026, the event returns to Las Vegas for the eighth straight year and will once again be held at The Expo at World Market Center. Spanning five days, the competition includes divisions ranging from youth and high school to U20, senior and Masters levels.

The senior women’s freestyle and senior men’s freestyle divisions will draw much of the spotlight, featuring many of the nation’s top wrestlers. The field includes college stars such as Mitchell Mesenbrink and Olympic medalists including Spencer Lee, Sarah Hildebrandt and Kyle Dake.

Here is a breakdown of what to know about the 2026 U.S. Open Wrestling Championships.

When Is The US Open Wrestling Tournament 2026?

The 2026 US Open Wrestling Tournament runs from April 22-26 and will take place at The Expo at World Market Center in Las Vegas. The senior women's freestyle competition begins April 23, while the Senior men's freestyle competition begins April 24.
