The 2026 NCAA D1 Wrestling Championships have concluded in Cleveland and new champions have been crowned, but the team trophy once again belongs to Penn State.
The dynasty of Penn State in wrestling is one everyone knows about. The Nittany Lions picked up their 14th title on March 21 and have once again beaten the NCAA Wrestling points record.

With a five-peat under their belts, the Nittany Lions put up a whopping 177.5 total points across the span of competition from March 19-21.
Four new national champions were crowned for the Nittany Lions on top of the team title. Under the guidance of head coach Cael Sanderson, Penn State stays on the trend of dominance.
