2026 Florida High School Wrestling State Championships Schedule & Brackets
2026 Florida High School Wrestling State Championships Schedule & Brackets
All of the action from the 2026 FHSAA Wrestling State Championships on March 5-7 will happen live on FloWrestling & the FloSports app. Here are the details.

The championship season for high school wrestling in Florida is pretty spread out, so that leaves the opportunity for the athletes to learn from the dual championships and apply it to the individual state meet.
However, there’s also the possibility they could lose momentum.
Either way, it’s time to see who is going to rise to the occasion at the 2026 Florida High School Individual Brackets Tournament Wrestling State Championships, set for March 5-7 at Osceola Heritage Park’s Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee, Florida.
That’s definitely a mouthful, so call it the IBT State Championships or Florida states or just states. But no matter what you call it, know that all the action will be broadcast live on FloWrestling and the FloSports app.

Kissimmee also hosted the 2026 FHSAA Dual Wrestling State Championships – at Osceola High School in late January – so competitors and fans already should be comfortable with the area and how to get there.
For those who don’t know the geography of Florida, this puts them in Central Florida and close to the famed Walt Disney World and so many other attractions that could turn any championship celebration into close-to-home vacations.
While physically getting there shouldn’t be a problem, just qualifying for the IBT Championships was a lengthy process for the wrestlers in the Sunshine State.
Once the process for the 2026 FHSAA Dual Wrestling State Championships was complete, it was rinse and repeat for the competitors.
Individual district tournaments for the girls took place Feb. 9-14, and the boys got their chance Feb. 16-21. This happened over one classification (Class 1A) and 16 sites for the girls and three 16-location classifications for the boys (Class 3A, 2A, 1A).
The top four finishers in each weight class at each district tournament moved on.
The top performers advanced to regional competition, which saw the girls in action Feb. 20-21 at four locations across the state, while the boys hit the mats Feb. 27-28 at four locations per classification.
The last four wrestlers standing in each weight class at each regional tournament advanced to the 2026 FHSAA Wrestling State Championships.
Finally, unlike some states, the upcoming IBT Championships will include the crowning of individual and team champions, while other places sometimes use their dual championships to decide the year’s official team champions.
