2026 TSSAA Wrestling State Championships - Division II
2026 TSSAA Wrestling State Championships - Division II
The TSSAA Division II Wrestling State Championships will take place Feb. 13-14. Keep an eye on the FloWrestling archives for every match.

Championship season in Tennessee continues with the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association Division II Wrestling State Championships.
The event will take place Feb. 13-14 at Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville, Tennessee, and while it won’t be broadcast live on FloWrestling or the FloSports app, each match will appear in the FloWrestling archives minutes after concluding.
The Division II State Championships is the second of three TSSAA tournaments set to appear on FloWrestling this year. The first was 2026 TSSAA Dual Wrestling State Championships on Jan. 31, and the action will conclude with the Division I and Girls state events on Feb. 20-21.

The weight classes for the Division II meet will be (in pounds) 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 144, 150, 157, 165, 175, 190, 215 and 285.
Individual titles will be awarded in each weight class, and the top-performing teams also will earn state championships.
As with most states, competitors in Tennessee first must excel at the regional level, with the top six wrestlers from each weight class advancing to the state event. Entrants are placed into the state championship brackets based on their finishes regionally.
In 2025, Baylor edged Father Ryan for the Division II team title, 241.5-224.5, while McCallie was third with 202 points.
Baylor continues to be a perennial powerhouse in Tennessee and owns a lot of real estate in the TSSAA record book, including the most individual state championships (117) and most team state championships (20) – twice winning five in a row.
The squad has won six individual championships in one season four times, though the record is eight in one year, set by Red Bank in 1963.
One of the state’s four five-time individual state champions attended Baylor, along with seven four-time winners.
