2026 CIF Southern Section Divisional Championships Schedule & Brackets
Watch the CIF Southern Section divisional championships Feb. 13-14 on FloWrestling. Those who place will be one step closer to the California state meet.

California is the third-largest state in the country, which means a lot of square miles for the high school wrestlers to cover along the journey to this year’s state titles.
Within the state, are 10 geographic sections that are further divided into divisions.
The first step toward championship glory is finding success within the division and at the division tournament, which determines the wrestlers who advance to the section championship. The section events are where the athletes and teams qualify for the state tournament.
This year’s California Interscholastic Federation Southern Section divisional championships will take place Feb. 13-14 at locations across Southern California, and all of the action will be broadcast live on FloWrestling and the FloSports app.

Did You Know: Only Four Boys In California Have Won Four State Titles
The first CIF state championship for boys was held in 1973. The first event for the girls took place in 2011.
The first team title for the boys went to Monte Vista. The inaugural girls championship was claimed by West Covina.
Amazingly, it took three decades for California to see its first four-time state champion. That honor went to Bakersfield’s Darrell Vasquez from 1999-2002 at 103, 112, 119 and 125 pounds. In the years since, three more athletes have added their names to the list.
There are 24 three-time champions and 83 wrestlers who have won twice.
On the girls side, five wrestlers own three CIF state titles.
Clovis tops the list of all-time team titles with 13, while the Selma girls lead the way with three.
