Duals Galore As The Women's Season Is In Full Swing
Duals Galore As The Women's Season Is In Full Swing
There's a full plate of duals this week with many of the top women's teams in action.

Duals are the name of the game this week, with two high-profile Division I programs hosting triangulars.
Wednesday, December 4 at 8 p.m. ET
Second-ranked McKendree has a loaded team and is a threat to win the 2026 NCAA Championships. The Bearcats host Missouri Baptist (NAIA) and #25 Lindenwood (D1) at the Hettenhausen Center for the Arts. The meet is being tabbed as “A Theatrical Throwdown.”
No. 2 Grand View and No. 3 William Penn square off in one of the most heated NAIA rivalries in the country. The Statesmen have two Nigerian Olympians on the team: Christianah Ogunsanya (117) and Esther Kolawole (145). Will it be enough to hold off the balanced Vikings?
William Penn won a 25-19 slugfest in Des Moines. Can Grand View return the favor in Oskaloosa? Click here to watch live, and watch last year's slugfest below.
Thursday, December 4
4 p.m. ET: Delaware State vs Lehigh — Live on Flo
5:30 p.m. ET: Delaware State vs East Stroudsburg
7 p.m. ET: East Stroudsburg vs Lehigh — Live on Flo
All duals are held at Grace Hall (known as the Snake Pit) at Lehigh University. This is the first home dual for the Mountain Hawks since becoming an official D1 varsity program.
This is Delaware Valley’s first season as a Division I program, and East Stroudsburg is an in-state D2 program.
Keep an eye out for Lehigh’s Big Three. Audrey Jimenez (110), Abbi Cooper (117), and Aubre Krazer (131) were in medal matches at the 2025 U20 World Championships, with Jimenez winning silver. Jimenez made the 2025 Senior World team at 50 kg, and Krazer was recently named the Outstanding Wrestler at the Bill Farrell Memorial International.
Good news for wrestling fans. The duals are live on FloWrestling. Click the links above to check them out.
The Mountain Hawks recently won the Warrior Duals on November 23 with six wins against a variety of divisions:
Lehigh 33, Elmira 15 (NCAA D3)
Lehigh 31, Sacred Heart 12 (NCAA D1)
Lehigh 43, New England 1 (NCAA D3)
Lehigh 41, Liberty 5 (Club)
Lehigh 40, Marymount 6 (NCAA D3)
Lehigh 40, Lock Haven 6 (NCAA D2)
This was Jimenez's college debut, with only one contested match and four forfeits. She won by fall in 1:15 over Sacred Heart’s Tiffany Stoshak.
Sunday, December 7 at 3 p.m. ET
Oklahoma St. vs Colorado Mesa
Colorado Mesa vs Iowa
Oklahoma State vs Iowa
This unique triangular features three programs at various stages of their journeys.
Top-ranked Iowa is the first Power Four program to add women’s wrestling. Clarissa Chun coaches the Hawkeyes and has won the past two National Collegiate Women’s Wrestling Championships. They are one of six NCAA Division I programs.
Colorado Mesa, an NCAA Division II program in Grand Junction, is a perennial contender led by Travis Mercado.
Oklahoma State, led by Izaak Olejnik, is still a club team, but let's hope it is a sanctioned varsity sport soon.
