Warrior Women's Duals Expecting Solid Field
The 2025 Warrior Women's Duals will be held at East Stroudsburg on Sunday, November 23, with several of the nation's top teams, and one from Canada.

If you love duals, then East Stroudsburg is the place to be on Sunday, November 23, for the Warrior Women's Duals. Several of the nation’s top teams — including two of the six NCAA Division I women’s wrestling programs — will compete. Canada's Brock University also has a team entered.

124: Mia Friesen (Brock) is a 2023 and 2024 U Sports champion (Canada’s version of the NCAA Championships) and a four-time age-level World Teamer.
124: Linda Holeman (Western New England) is currently ranked #9.
131: Aubre Krazer (Lehigh) is a freshman at Lehigh who recently won the 59 kg division at the Bill Farrell Memorial International and was named Outstanding Wrestler.
138: Jaclyn Dehney (New England) finished seventh at the 2025 National Collegiate Women’s Wrestling Championships and is ranked #6. She is a pinning machine.
138: Tanya Teneva (Western New England) is ranked #10. She is a four-time age-level World Teamer for Bulgaria.
138: Ragan Retell (East Stroudsburg) was an All-American for Elmira before transferring.
145: Zoey Lints (Elmira) is a two-time All-American (5th, 4th) who reached the best-of-three series at the 2025 U20 World Team Trials. She won a silver medal at the U20 Pan-Am Championships earlier this year.
