Oklahoma State Wrestling enters the 2025-2026 season under second-year head coach David Taylor, ready to build on last year’s momentum with a retooled lineup and a demanding slate.

The Cowboys open the season Nov. 7 at home against Stanford, head to the National Duals Invitational and face a rugged stretch of Big 12 and nonconference opponents throughout the winter.

Taylor’s squad combines proven leaders, such as Troy Spratley and Alex Facundo, with blue-chip additions LaDarion Lockett, Zack Ryder and Cody Merrill, each expected to make an early impact. 

Oklahoma State also landed 133-pounder Richard Figueroa, adding depth and experience to the lower weights.
