Northern Michigan finished 15th at the 2025 National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships on March 8. Now, the team is seeking a new head coach.

The Wildcats sent three to nationals, with Yu Sakamoto (117) finishing third and Alissa Caltagirone (138) eighth. Sakamoto won a U23 World title for Japan.
