All-Americans Austin DeSanto and Seth Gross are set to face off on Feb. 26 at FloWrestling Night In America: Lee vs. Ono.

This edition of FWNIA is one of the biggest events in wrestling this year, featuring a stacked card headlined by one of the biggest wrestling matches in the world, Spencer Lee vs. Masanosuke Ono. The entire duration of the event will be streamed live on FloWrestling and the FloSports app.

DeSanto and Gross are both highly decorated wrestlers who have met on the mat before in the 2023 US Open, where DeSanto claimed a 5-4 victory.

The wrestlers will face off again in the ninth fight of the night in a 62-kg matchup.

Austin DeSanto Was A Star For Iowa Wrestling

DeSanto had a stellar career at Iowa, posting a 72-16 record at the school and a 102-23 overall record. DeSanto wrestled at Drexel University before Iowa.

He was the Iowa's 24th four-time All-American, placing fifth and sixth in his sophomore and junior years at the NCAA Championships, and third in both his senior and COVID-19 senior years.

Seth Gross Wrestled At South Dakota State University & University Of Wisconsin

Gross became a three-time All-American during his time at both universities, achieving second and first place in the NCAA Championships in 2017 and 2018.

He also claimed an All-American title in 2020, being named to the first team by the National Wrestling Coaches Association after the season was cancelled due to COVID-19.

Austin DeSanto & Seth Gross Have Wrestled In The World Team Trials

DeSanto and Gross have both competed in the Team USA World Team Trials.

DeSanto recently faced Jax Forrest in the 2024 Trials, being defeated 6-0 in the semifinals.

Gross and DeSanto have also faced off before in the 2023 US Open semifinals, where DeSanto secured a 5-4 win.
