California State Champ Nikade Zinkin Commits To Nebraska Wrestling Program
California state champion Nikade Zinkin has officially committed to join Mark Manning and company at the Nebraska wrestling program.
The Nebraska wrestling program just got a big recruiting boost from California state champion Nikade Zinkin, the #70 ranked recruit in the class of 2025 and the #7 ranked 144-pounder in the nation.
Zinkin's state title came on the heels of a season in which he was a Doc B finalist and a Super 32 placer. He's looking to build on that performance in his final year at Clovis high school.
This California middle weight joins a recruiting class that includes two other big board prospects, #10 Ty Eise and #46 Cade Ziola. Eise projects as a 174 or 184-pounder at the next level, and Ziola will most likely compete at heavyweight. The addition of Zinkin gives Coach Manning nice depth in this recruiting class.
