The brackets and official, and seeding for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament 2024 is set following Selection Sunday. 

The tournament will begin with the First Four on March 19 and 20, followed by the round of 64 on March 21 and 22.

This year's tournament is poised to bring quality matchups and feature some of the sports biggest names such as Rob Dillingham, Ja' Kobe Walter and more.

With the 2024 NBA Draft approaching this summer, the NCAA Tournament serves as a great time to watch future NBA talent. Here's a look at when the top NBA prospects are playing heading into the first round.

NBA Prospects In The NCAA Tournament

Here's when some of the biggest NBA Draft prospects are playing in the NCAA Tournament. 

Rob Dillingham, Kentucky Basketball

Rob Dillingham is a freshman point guard for the Kentucky Wildcats. He's averaging 15 points per game while shooting 45 percent from beyond the arc.  

Kentucky continues to bring Dillingham off the bench this season despite late-game heroics in a handful of big wins this season. The 6-foot-3 guard is quick with incredible ball-handling that draws comparisons to Kyrie Irving. Dillingham is considered a lottery pick to most NBA draft analysts, and could even be the first point guard taken off the board. 

Kentucky (23-9) is the No. 3 seed in the South Region.

Dillingham and the Wildcats will face No. 14 Oakland on March 21 at 7:10pm EST.

Reed Sheppard, Kentucky Basketball

Reed Sheppard is another freshman guard for Kentucky who has been making an impact off the bench this season.

The 6-foot-3 guard is averaging 12 points per game while shooting an impressive 53 percent from three, ranking him among the top shooters in the country. Sheppard also shows potential as an elite two-way player with his defensive IQ and leads Kentucky in steals, averaging 2.5 per game.

Sheppard is a solidified first-rounder with big upside potential. He's drawn comparisons to Grayson Allen.

Kentucky (23-9) is the No.3 seed in the South Region.

Sheppard and the Wildcats will face No. 14 Oakland on March 21 at 7:10pm EST.

Ja'Kobe Walter, Baylor Basketball

Ja'Kobe Walter looks to be NBA ready at 6-foot-5 with both length and athleticism. The freshman leads Baylor in scoring, averaging 14 points, while shooting 34 percent from beyond the arc. 

Walter is familiar with a big stage, having played his high school basketball for Link Academy, one of the nation's top prep programs. Walter is a solid first-rounder with room to grow following his play in March. 

Baylor (23-10) is the No. 3 in the West Region 

When Does Ja'Kobe Walter Play?

Walter and the Bears will face No. 14 Colgate on March 22 at 12:40pm EST.

Cody Williams, Colorado Basketball

Cody Williams is the younger brother of OKC Thunder star Jalen Williams.

The younger Williams is 6-foot-8 and a consistent shooter with considerable volume. He's shooting a 56 percent field-goal percentage and 42 percent from three-point range. 

The NBA has a growing need for taller wing players that can shoot, such as Karl Anthony-Towns, and Williams appears to fit that mold. Williams is a lottery pick, and could potentially be the first player off the board. 

Colorado (24-10) is the No. 10 seed in the South Region 

When Does Cody Williams Play?

Williams and the Buffs will face No. 10 Boise State on March 20 at 9:10pm EST.

Stephon Castle, UConn Basketball

Castle is a 6-foot-6 guard who is averaging 10 ppg for UConn. This year's UConn team is loaded with talent, but Castle stands out as a taller guard with smooth playmaking ability.  

His shooting could use improvement, however, hitting only 28 percent of his threes this season. Castle is a first-round prospect and could move up the board before the 2024 NBA Draft. 

UConn (31-3) is the No. 1 seed in the East Region.

When Does Stephon Castle Play?

Castle and the Huskies will face No. 16 Stetson on March 22 at 12:45pm EST.

When Is The NBA Draft 2024?

The first round of the 2024 NBA draft is set for June 26, and the second round will take place on June 27.

When Does The 2024 NCAA Tournament Start?

The tournament will begin with Selection Sunday on March 17, followed by the First Four on March 19-20. 

After the opening round is complete, the field will be set with the top 64 teams and the first round will start on March 21-22.
