125: #1 Spencer Lee (Iowa) tech fall Marco Vespa (Penn State) 18-2

First period: Vespa with a quick shot off the whistle and scores on a low single but Lee gets a reversal to tie the score, 2-2. Lee gets a four-point tilt with 2:04 remaining in the period for a 6-2 lead. Lee gets another four-point count with 1:23 to go for a 10-2 lead. Lee picks up another four-point near fall on a tilt with 1:03 remaining then another four-point tilt for an 18-2 technical fall.

First period: No score halfway through the period. RBY scores on a single near the edge for a 2-0 lead with 33 seconds left. RBY rides out although Teske got to his feet. RBY leads, 2-0.

Second period: Teske starts on bottom. Teske escapes with 1:17 left to cut the lead in half. RBY scores on a double near the end of the period for a 4-1 lead at the end of the period. 

Third period: Bravo-Young chooses neutral. Bravo-Young scores on a single but Teske escapes immediately for a 6-2 lead. A second stall call against Teske gives RBY a 7-2 lead. RBY gets a near-side cradle off a shot by Teske for a fall with 10 seconds remaining.

First period: Woods hits a low shot but is countered by Bartlett then a headlock attempt by Bartlett out of bounds and back to neutral. Great first 20 seconds of action. Still 0-0. Woods hits a single and stays persistent and scores for a 2-0 lead halfway through the period. Woods rides out the period for a 2-0 lead. 

Second period: Bartlett starts on bottom and escapes immediately but Woods still leads, 2-1. No scoring the remainder of the period.

Third period: Woods starts on bottom and Bartlett lets Woods go for a 3-1 lead. in favor of Woods. Bartlett makes a few scoring attempts in the final seconds but Woods wins 4-1 with riding time.

First period: Van Ness hits a slide by with a minute remaining but Murin counters. Still no score. Murin hits a single but Van Ness rolls through and still no score.

Second period: Van Ness starts on bottom and Murin is committed to the ride. Van Ness gets to his feet, drops his hips, and gets the escape for a 1-0 lead. 

Third period: Murin chooses bottom. Murin gets an escape to tie the score 1-1 but still has riding time. Murin hits a low double with 35 seconds left for a 3-1 lead. Murin was hit with a stall call late but it doesn't matter. Murin wins 4-1 with riding time.

First period: Haines in on a low single but a stalemate is called with 30 seconds left. Haines in on another shot but Siebrecht rolls through and a potentially dangerous called. No score. 

Second period: Haines takes bottom and escapes after a thrilling flurry for a 1-0 lead. No scoring the remainder of the period after a nice scramble to start the period. 

Third period: Siebrecht starts on bottom and gets an escape in seven seconds to tie the score, 1-1. Haines scores a takedown off of a high crotch to single for a 3-1 lead. Siebrecht escapes a few seconds later and trails by one. Siebrecht attempts to get in a throw position but walks Haines out of bounds. Haines is in on a shot at the end of the period but no scoring. Haines wins, 3-2.

165: #11 Patrick Kennedy (Iowa) dec. #5 Alex Facundo (Penn State), 2-1

First period: No scoring halfway through the period. No scoring during the first period. 

Second period: Kennedy starts on the bottom and escapes in five seconds. Facundo attempts a duck under but flew by Kennedy. Kennedy still leads, 1-0, at the end of the period.

Third period: Facundo starts on bottom and escapes in 13 seconds to tie the score, 1-1. No scoring the remainder of the period.

Sudden victory: Kennedy in on single in the first 30 seconds but called a stalemate with 1:07 left. Kennedy has a cradle locked up after a shot but it's called a stalemate after Facundo wiggles free. No scoring. 

Tiebreakers: Kennedy out in four seconds during his 30 seconds. Facundo chooses neutral for his 30-second period. Facundo attempted a fireman's/high crotch, Kennedy dropped his hips and Kennedy wins 2-1.

First period: No scoring. 

Second period: Starocci takes bottom and escapes in 19 seconds. No scoring for the remainder of the period but Brands was hit with a late stall warning.

Third period: Brands chooses bottom. Starrocci hits a minute of riding time with 41 seconds left. Brands gets an escape with 30 seconds left to tie the score 1-1. Starocci wins 2-1 with riding time.

184: #1 Aaron Brooks (Penn State) tech. fall Drake Rhodes (Iowa), 22-7

First period: Brooks double to start the period for a 2-0 lead but an immediate escape makes it 2-1. Another double makes it 4-1 and escape makes it 4-2. An ankle pick makes it 6-2. A four-point tilt by Brooks with 45 seconds left makes it 10-2.

Second period: Rhodes chooses bottom and Rhodes escapes in five seconds. Failed shot by Rhodes and Brooks gets a takedown but Rhodes get an escape but Brooks scores on an immediate double and it's 14-4. An escape by Rhodes makes it 14-5 and scores on a go-behind then an escape by Rhodes and Brooks scores on a single for an 18-6 lead at the end of the period. Riding time is locked. 

Third period: Brooks starts neutral and gets an immediate takedown and Rhodes escapes then an ankle pick gives Brooks a 22-7 tech with 1:15 to go.

Second period: Dean chooses bottom. Dean pressures back into Warner and nearly gets the reversal but settles for the escape and a 1-0 lead. 

Third period: Warner takes bottom. Warner gets to his feet but Dean doubles him back to the mat. Stall call on Warner halfway through the period. Dean takes riding time over a minute with 12 seconds left and rides out for the 2-0 win.

First period: Kerkvliet hits a single and finishes with a treetop for a 2-0 lead. Cassioppi with the escape with 45 seconds left to cut the lead in half. 

Second period: Cassioppi chooses bottom and Kerkvliet rides out the entire period. 

Third period: Kerkvliet picked bottom but Cassioppi gave him the escape to start the period. Kerkvliet leads, 3-1. No scoring but Kerkvliet adds riding time for a 4-1 win.
