Marsteller has been lacing like a mad man:
Just a nasty Big 10 battle here in the quarters.

8) Dom Forys, Pitt vs Ian Parker, ISU
Forys is an established D1 hammer with high, high output in terms of leg attacks. Parker is coming off a redshirt season that has many Cyclone fans excited to watch the Michigan product.7) Chance Marsteller, Mat Town vs Cole Walter, Lehigh
If Chance is on the mat, I'm watching. That's it. Walter is rock solid and extremely skilled. If he can weather the storm, Walter has the skills to make this a match.Marsteller has been lacing like a mad man:
6) Brock Zacherl, Clarion vs Anthony Ashnault, Rutgers
Brock has had some great Freestyle results over the years. He's made Fargo finals, and kinda won the Junior World Team spot in 2015, but lost the special wrestle off to Joey McKenna (it was a whole thing). Zacherl will face Ashnault who won this bracket a few years back over Mike Mangrum and Jason Tsirtsis.5) Connor Flynn, Mizzou vs Joey LaVallee, Mizzou
Tiger style! Word goin' round is Connor Flynn is going to be making some noise for Mizzou next year at 165. If he can test his teammate and NCAA finalist Joey LaVallee, that will be evidence to that effect.4) Dakota Geer, Edinboro vs Keegan Moore, Ok State
What makes watching Keegan Moore (and many of these true freshman) exciting is that you get to see their progression since arriving on campus. With Nolan Boyd graduated, Moore looks to be the heir apparent at 184 for Oklahoma State. Geer had a very strong true freshman campaign for Edinboro. His length vs Moore's power will be a fun clash.
3) Myles Martin, tOSU vs Nick Gravina, Rutgers
Just a nasty Big 10 battle here in the quarters. 2) Chad Red, Nebraska vs Earl Hall, Unattached
Red has the eye of every college fan on him right now. He was fantastic as a redshirt, and looks to only be improving in Lincoln. Seeing his leg attacks improve has to be a scary thought for the competition. Hall has a great skill set between his double and mixer. Hard to see less than 10 points put up here.1) Kaid Brock, Ok State vs Tommy Thorn, Minnesota
I mean, what explanation is necessary? Two offensive minded wrestlers with extremely different skill sets. Thorn just edged by Keegan Moore by criteria, 8-8. Brock had a tough bout with Brent Moore but looked sharp throughout. After giving up 4 to Edgar Bright, Brock responded in this match and had a breathtaking trip to a pinfall.Related Content
