Nino Bonaccorsi avenged two previous losses to Issac Trumble at the ACC tournament last season on his way to his second straight ACC title. After finishing as the NCAA runner-up in 2021, Bonaccorsi didn’t place last year at 197 pounds. He will be back, poised to make another deep run at the NCAA Championships this year for the Panthers. Trumble had the head-to-head victory over Max Shaw last season to take the #2 ranking in the ACC at 197 pounds.
