Mehki Lewis returned from injury last season and came out on top of a deep ACC bracket with wins over All-Americans Hayden Hidlay and Clay Lautt, before finishing as a runner-up at the NCAA Championships. Lautt had a strong season that came to an end with an eighth-place finish at the national tournament. Pennsylvania state champion Luca Augustine will be coming out of redshirt for Pitt after a strong summer of freestyle and is expected to make some noise.
